Rape fantasies are wrong…) regarding the belittlement of sexual violence through means of bedroom scenarios. She was courageous enough to share her own traumatic experiences as a rape survivor. I made a
Pulse asking people to comment and recommend her in an attempt to give a few words of encouragement. Instead, a horde of parasites swarmed in defence, with the audacity to rebuke her, and it’s infuriating. It makes me ill to consider how some people are so sick in the head to think fantasizing about RAPE is acceptable.
Their defence?

Then again, I should expect nothing less. We’re living in a day where the mentality is “if it feels good, do it”. Morals and values are diminishing, non-existent. The next thing you know, child pornography will be considered free speech.
Paedophilia, molestation, incest, and rape all go hand in hand. Is it right to fantasize about having sex with little children?

Child pornography enthusiasts excuse it the same way. In their demented logic, looking is not the same as abusing. Well how the hell were you able to access such inhuman photos?
Why are fantasies of rape the same?
BECAUSE YOU’RE TAKING PLEASURE IN SOMEONE ELSE’S HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES.
Who invented the concept of child pornography? PAEDOPHILES. Who invented the concept of rape? RAPISTS.
No one in their right mind would ever fantasize about this horrid act. When you take the defilement and violation of another, reducing it to a sexual scenario, you’re nothing more than an enabler of it. All you’re doing is taking the mindset of rapist and making it your own.
Why do I care? I don’t give a flying fuck what you do in the walls surrounding your bedroom. I care about the belittlement of survivors who suffered at the hands of true torment, the trivialization of rape.
I could never even begin to imagine how a victim of sexual violence feels. I can’t, but what I do know is that a woman’s right to give herself, whether it’s her love or sex, is sacred.
So take a step back and humble yourself for a moment. Reflect upon the severity of sexual violence, and the voices of those who were raped. REPENT.
If you still think rape fantasies are understandable and okay, it means you’re HEARTLESS. YOU HAVE NO CONSCIENCE.

As far as survivors are concerned, such “fantasies” are detrimental to the human psyche because sooner or later, it’ll create a mindset where rape is consensual, the victim is asking for it. You claim to speak on behalf of rape survivors, and then you viciously discount the feelings and opinions of an actual rape survivor, calling her sick, vile, disgusting, etc. Hypocrite much? Just as she can't speak for all rape survivors, NEITHER CAN YOU.

People like rape fantasies because of a control issue. It has nothing to do with the actual thing. There in my opinion is nothing wrong with the people who are into that kind of thing, and I'm not gonna knock them for it.
For instance, I have a friend who is absolutely CRAZY about ladyboys. Do I think that's odd? Yes, very, but I realize that is what he is into, and I'm not going to knock him for it.

@DearRicky - What you're saying is not logic. You have formed your own opinion. You are searching for information that only supports your claims and ignoring everything else that does not. Yes, rape IS disgusting but this and rape fantasies are not the same thing. To fantasize about rape is similar to other forms of sexual variations like sadomasochism and bondage. It may not be common among many, but people do engage in these particular behaviors. And such fantasies do involve both parties consenting to the whole idea.
@Agent_Spanky - Like I said, when you're taking pleasure in the horrific experiences of others, it's wrong, just as it is with child pornography.

My comment remains the same. People who desire being controlled during sex (sex with someone they trust and whom they know will stop if there is actually any pain), is much different than actually being raped. People who enjoy "rape fantasies" do NOT enjoy the thought of an actual violent rape, and do not condone the act. It is NOT in any way demeaning to survivors of rape, as it is a very different thing.
Yes rape and rape fantasies are both about power and control, but rape fantasies are safe because receiver knows they are not in any real danger. If that same person was actually raped, they would not get sexual pleasure from it, they would feel violated and hurt the same as any other rape victim.
I find it highly insulting that you used my quote and called me a "SHIT-EATING REPROBATE PARASITE ANIMAL" because of something that goes on between two partners in a loving relationship behind closed doors. Speak for yourself, but don't judge people on their own private behaviours.

Your argument is morally puritanical. What you SHOULD be attacking is the notion of the "rape myth" (i.e. "no" means "yes", if a woman is dresses provocatively then she deserves it, etc.) which largely comes from sociocultural sources of influence (ex. gender norms as influenced by mass media), not the relatively small population of people who think acting out rape is kinky.
